Help us help others.

On Memorial Day Saturday at Clark Park - Located in West Philadelphia we set up a table next to the bench we installed in honor of our Mother, and offer free books to anyone who would like one. 

 

This year we will be raising money to erect a bench in honor of my Grandmother, pictured left. "Check out those pearls". She and my Mother raised us together. I would like to honor them together.

 

We accept donations using the button below or the URL and in the form of new books. We also accept volunteers who can join us on Memorial Day Saturday 2023 and help give away some books.

Our volunteers spend an hour or two at the table engaging passersby and recommending books. We engage community members who stop by and enjoy fellowship with one another as well as partake of the festivities at the Clark Park Annual Festival which we attend as guest vendors each year.
